About this event
Doors open at 4:00 PM for setup. Social hour will be from 4:30-5:30 pm, with dinner at 5:30-8:00.
Registration - 2 ways:
1. Register online, follow instructions and pay on line. There is a $1.50 credit card fee for the transaction. (SEE NOTE BELOW)
Note:
ONLY pay the cc fee, once for the whole transaction. NOT for each guest.
2. Pay at the OCT/NOV meetings, either by check/cash or CC, and I will register you online.
Menu:
London Broil w/Demi-Glace & Rosemary Chicken. Served with mixed field green salad w/ choice of dressing, garlic butter mashed potatoes, fresh steamed garden vegetables and warm rolls w/butter.
Festivities:
- We will be collecting Toys for Tots unwrapped gifts for those who'd like to donate, recommend no more than a $25 gift.
- We'll also be having a White Elephant gift exchange. If participating, bring a $25 gift. Alway fun!!

1. Must pay and be registered by December 1st so we have a good head count for the food order.
2. Cancellations are non-refundable because we have to pay for the food ordered from the head count
