NEW BUSINESS

Peggy asked for volunteers to head up the food arrangements for this year's Corvette & High Performance Open House on September 13th. Meagan R. and Larry W. volunteered to be the club liaisons.

The question was raised as to whether or not we will have another All City Rally. This year's 28th rally took place back in April. Ballets were passed around to vote on the future of the rally. The vote was no. Therefore, the last rally has taken place. We will be exploring new options for scholarship fund raising in the future.

Jon brought forth some proposed changes to the CdeO Bylaws. Those proposals will be posted elsewhere in the newsletter for review. They will be voted on at the next meeting.

Eric questioned updating our club logo. Discussion ensued, and it was determined that there would be large set-up fees for making a new logo. Eric and Miranda volunteered to look into it. Also, Meagan asked about placing another order for club jackets. Our logo is currently embroidered and on file at Red Creek Embroidery on the Westside of Olympia. We get a cost break if we place an order for at least six jackets at a time. You can pick from a wide variety of styles of jackets. If anyone is interested in placing an order, please contact Meagan, as she volunteered to compile a list. Eric and Miranda will also be checking into new styles of jackets and shirts.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.

The next meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at Chamber House at Panorama City.

Minutes submitted by Meagan Renick, CdeO Secretary.
